**LEAD FACILITY MAINTENANCE**
**Team: Facility Management di Arena Milano**
**Location: Arena Milano Santa Giulia**
**Start: Settembre/Ottobre 2025**
Questa figura sarà responsabile della supervisione della manutenzione, sicurezza e funzionalità della nostra venue. Dalla gestione dei sistemi tecnici e della manutenzione degli edifici, alla cura delle aree verdi e alla preparazione per eventi, garantirà che la venue di Arena Milano resti uno spazio di riferimento per sport e intrattenimento.
**Le principali responsabilità**:
- Manutenzione degli edifici, cura del verde, manutenzione degli impianti tecnici e delle attrezzature di sicurezza, assicurandone la piena operatività per eventi sportivi e spettacoli
- Gestione disciplinare del reparto di competenza (team dei Servizi Tecnici, Servizi Generali e Control Room)
- Pianificazione della manutenzione e delle riparazioni di impianti complessi, con coinvolgimento di fornitori esterni
- Pianificazione degli interventi di pulizia degli edifici e incarico a fornitori esterni
**Requisiti**:
**Esperienza e Competenze Tecniche**
- **sperienza consolidata** nella manutenzione di edifici complessi e impianti tecnici (elettrici, meccanici, HVAC, antincendio, ecc.)
- Conoscenza dei **sistemi di sicurezza** e delle normative in materia di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro
- Capacità di **pianificare e coordinare attività di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria**:
- Familiarità con la **gestione di aree verdi** e delle operazioni di cleaning industriale
- Abilità nel **coordinare fornitori esterni**, contratti di servizio e performance monitoring
- Forte attitudine al **problem solving operativo** e alla gestione delle emergenze
- Capacità di **definire piani manutentivi e budget di reparto**:
- Utilizzo di **software di facility management o CMMS** per il tracciamento degli interventi
- Orientamento a **standard elevati di qualità e funzionalità**, in particolare in ambienti ad alta visibilità come arene e spazi per eventi
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali
- Proattività, autonomia e orientamento al risultato
- Flessibilità e disponibilità a lavorare in orari variabili, in funzione del calendario eventi
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato
Retribuzione: €45.000,00 - €65.000,00 all'anno
