**Essential Job Functions**:

- Manage and execute program plans, ensuring goals are met within budget and timeline.
- Support program management team members, assisting with their development and performance.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to address inquiries and ensure program success.
- Assist in managing program budgets and resource allocation efforts.
- Identify and address potential risks that may impact program delivery.
- Work with stakeholders to clarify and document program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Maintain program documentation and prepare regular status reports.
- Assist in resource planning and allocation to ensure efficient program execution.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Proven experience in program and project management
- Proficiencies in program planning, execution, and team leadership
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

**Other Qualifications**:

- An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Relevant certifications, such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP (Program Management Professional), or equivalent, are a plus
