Position
- Dedalus is seeking a highly skilled IT Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing the IT Procurement Team for our company. You will be a strategic and operational partner to our business and help execute on our supplier strategy, including analyzing opportunities, planning, and executing procurement activities as well as develop and maintain relationships to our critical suppliers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement category plans that align with our strategic priorities to support our growth and profitability.
- Key responsibilities:
- Identifying and realizing procurement opportunities in collaboration with the business-
- Manage procurement processes for IT, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and execution-
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT leadership, regional leadership, and vendors-
- Act as a liaison between Dedalus and vendors to ensure contracts align with business objectives-
- Develop and maintain IT Category strategy and execution- Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with IT procurement and category managementProven experience in dealing with IT software, hardware, and cloud vendors on both local and global level-
- Excellent negotiation skills-
- Ability to build strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders-
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian- Further Information- Location: Milan
