We continue our heritage through the development of our ski, mountain bike, outdoor equipment, and têxtile ranges._ - Our ambition is to be the benchmark for mountain sports in both summer and winter._ - _ Based in Milan we are seeking a DTC Controller M/W to be a part of our inclusive mountain-loving team at Rossignol. **Join our exciting journey and let's create the most exceptional outdoor experiences in all seasons ** Reporting to the Business Controlling Manager, you will work in strong collaboration with Controlling & Direct-To-Consumer teams. **Your missions will include**: - Lead budgets & forecasts processes in strong collaboration with our business partners (Build & follow-up of P&L by stores/e-com/mkt places/regions ) - Prepare monthly reports, propose journal entries, ensure timely and accurate reporting, compliance with appropriate accounting methods. Conducts month-end pre/post close departmental tasks as assigned. - Analyze reporting as part of month end close and budget/ forecast process, and, data streams, KPis to determine how to drive operating performance. - Monitor budgets spend to ensure predicted outcomes are measuring as predicted, quickly pivoting when marketing channels / Shops are underperforming or not meeting expectations. - Build Business plan & ROI KPI’s for retail openings & marketplaces openings. - Lead DTC strategic 5y plan process with top management according to strategic guidelines. - Partner closely with other areas of finance organization such as Accounting, Treasury, and other Controllers to ensure alignment and compliance with financial guidelines, company policies and relevant legal regulations. - Partner with IT and other departments to enhance and further automate business intelligence tools. - Assist business owners with financial guidance with proactive research and analysis. - Stay informed of current market trends in the direct-to-consumer space to help forecast the appropriate budget and guide budget allocation analyses. - Other ad-hoc support and analysis as needed. **About you**: - Degree in business management, finance or accounting - 3+ years of progressive financial experience (particularly in e-commerce and/or retail), - proven experience in taking initiative, driving end-to-end processes and executing continuous improvement - Knowledge of e-commerce and/or retail logic, metrics and key performance indicators. - A self-starter, you are known for working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic and growing environment, with many multi-tasking requirements. - Strong mathematical and analytical skills; you enjoy finding the "why" behind the numbers. - Excellent communication skills and collaborative spirit. - Highest level of integrity and ethics, both professionally and personally. - Proactive problem-solving skills. - Fluent English and Italian *** **Joining the Group and its Rossignol brands also means**: - **Continuing your career growth **thanks to managers who care about the well-being and skills development of their teams, through innovative projects. - **Committing to cultural diversity**, gender equality, and supporting the employment of disabled workers within our company. - **Being proud to work for a responsible company** committed to sustainability. - **Enjoying attractive prices on our brand**, meal vouchers and much more.
