**Marelli Aftermarket is looking for a Technical Trainer Specialist to join the Technical Training team in order to develop the Company technical courses at the EMEA level starting from the Italian model.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Organization and delivery of multi-brand technical courses for cars and light commercial vehicles on national and international territory;
- Organization and delivery of technical courses regarding technical equipment in support to the Technical Equipment team on national and international territory;
- Check and monitor of learning and customer satisfaction;
- Support in the creation of technical documentation to be used as training material during course delivery;
- Analyses, electronic measurements and technical tests to support training activities and the Technical Equipment team for the development of diagnostic tools.

All the courses are organized in collaboration with internal commercial teams: Sales, Service Marketing and Export Markets in order to seize market opportunities.

**Requirements and Experiences**:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electronics / Mechatronics or High School Diploma of electronic expert;
- Fluent Italian, English and French;
- Soft Skills: leadership; communication, public speaking and listening skills; ability to synthesize; problem solving; ability to work under stress; flexibility; passion for technical innovation of products in the automotive world; customer orientation; multicultural approach;
- Technical skills: ability to understand and interpret the technical documentation (data, electrical-hydraulic-mechanical systems, drafts, procedures);
- Knowledge of electronic systems, engines and transmissions;
- Knowledge of the main workshop equipment such as air-conditioning service stations and automatic/robotic gearbox maintenance stations;
- Knowledge of the Office package.

Business trips in the geographical area of reference are required.
The role is eligible for smart working, according to Company’s dedicated policy.
