Marelli Aftermarket Division is looking for an **EMEA Business Analyst** to join the Marketing Systems Team in Corbetta (Milan).
The main aim of the EMEA Business Analyst is to seek, develop and support the implementation of innovative solutions in order to improve internal processes and customer experience.
Alongside providing the processed information the stakeholders needs, He / She will increase efficiency and productivity acting as facilitator and mediator between IT systems and the business requirements in an ever-changing market.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Analysis, redesign and development of Internal/external workflows to improve efficiency and customer experience through the digitalization and the deployment of effective systems of sharing information among stakeholders;
- Design, creation and sharing of information reports for the daily use of the Company functions;
- Management on the company ERP regarding the product master data (definition, creation, maintenance);
- Periodic maintenance of the managed product databases (internal / external);
- Periodic sharing of agreed company data to service providers, partner companies and customers;
- Creation and maintenance of SAP BW extractors (queries);
- Support the Marketing Systems Manager in assisting the Sales and Trade Marketing teams in the definition of commercial contracts.

**Requirements and Experiences**:

- 3+ years of experience in similar roles and complex organizations;
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical studies;
- Languages: Italian and English;
- Soft Skills: communication and listening skills; curiosity, flexibility, critical thinking, project management and simplification approach, autonomy and proactivity attitude;
- Technical skills: mastery of the Office package (in particular Access and Excel); knowledge of SAP or another Company ERP (appreciated).

The role is eligible for smart working, according to the Company’s dedicated policy.
