We are looking for a** Product Manager** for our office in Corbetta (MI) in the Aftermarket Division.
The Product Manager will join the EMEA Product Management department and he/she will manage and develop the growth of the assigned product lines according to the product planning and profitability targets.

**The person will manage the following activities**:

- Lead the strategic implementation of the assigned product lines, including range definition and development, data management and product cataloguing;
- Manage the full life cycle of all SKUs included in the assigned product lines;
- Define the strategic marketing positioning of the assigned products;
- Actively monitor and analyze the product portfolio, ensuring the offer is covering the running car park and in line with market needs in all EMEA countries;
- Effectively communicate to local trade marketing and sales teams the product strategy and support them in the product proposition activities with customers;
- Develop marketing materials, product catalogues and other field engagement tools in cooperation with the communication team;
- Coordinate proactively with purchasing team to identify the ideal suppliers for the assigned product lines, providing product requirements, purchase targets and volumes forecasts;
- Support the supply chain team in the stock management activities by collecting and sharing sales forecast as well as start-up order volumes;
- Constantly follow-up the performance of the assigned lines in terms of sales, profitability and proposition, supporting the Countries to align with performance targets;
- Monitor the market and benchmark the competition, developing case studies and providing insights on market trends.
- 3+ years of experience in similar roles in complex and international companies;
- Fluent in Italian and English;
- Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or Business Administration;
- Very good knowledge of Office package (Excel in particular);
- Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket or the automotive industry will be a plus.

We are looking for a person who is curious and proactive, used to work in team, with good communicative and analytical skills and good business acumen.
