Palazzo Parigi Hotel & Grand SPA, struttura 5 stelle lusso nel cuore di Milano, è alla ricerca di un/a Room Service Manager da inserire all’interno del proprio staff.

La risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

- Supervisione del turno con conseguente operatività durante il servizio,
- Gestione delle risorse del reparto e supervisione sul mantenimento degli standard operativi LQA,
- Approvvigionamento dei magazzini in collaborazione con l’Ufficio economato,
- Redazione della turnistica periodica del personale diretto e degli eventuali collaboratori.
- Avere una pregressa esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel medesimo ruolo e in contesti similari;
- Possedere ottime capacità organizzative e di coordinamento;
- Possedere un’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Affrontare con entusiasmo e spirito positivo l’incarico con spiccato orientamento al cliente;
- Creare affiatamento con il resto del team ed essere predisposto al raggiungimento degli obiettivi.
Completano il profilo: precisione, attitudine al problem solving, una naturale predisposizione al rapporto interpersonale e la conoscenza del programma Micros.

Residenza e/o domicilio in loco o in zone limitrofe costituiranno titolo preferenziale.
