As a Baker Hughes University training specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Contributing to the designing, planning and delivery of learning programs of the Baker Hughes University
- Supporting the preparation and organization of training programs (e.g. customers invitation process)
- Delivering and conducting orientation sessions to new attendees
- Coordinating and monitoring the delivery of the training courses and activities
- Elaborating recurrent evaluations on attendees’ s satisfaction and training effectiveness through the implementation of feedback forms and performance analysis
- Leading the communication activities related to the BH University promotion (e.g. collaterals, social media, virtual certificates release, specific initiatives related to the University 20th anniversary) liaising with Baker Hughes Comms teams and third party providers
- Facilitating new external providers scouting and propose innovative content definition

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Hold a Master degree in Business Communications
- Considerable years of experience in Learning & Development, in a corporate environment.
- Solid background experience in recruitment and selection
- Have excellent inter-personal communication skills
- Be self-motivated with problem solving skills
- Have the ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders in a multicultural environment
- Full proficiency in English
