Global Graduate Trainee - Marketing / Product Management

**Become our Global Graduate Trainee in Marketing / Product Management and join our rapidly growing, global team**

Over the course of our **3-year Graduate Trainee program**, you have the opportunity to take part in 3 annual rotations within our **Marketing** Department (SBU Chocolate and Customer Marketing) including a **mission abroad**.

**Responsibilities**:

- You are responsible for **business results for SBU Chocolate** in your ownership. Actively participate to Marketing strategy implementation, in line with Group and Country guidelines
- You define and **monitor BU’s Marketing KPIs**, together with definition and implementation of local Marketing SBU strategy
- You **visit customers**, together with Sales, in order to better and better understand market environment/trends and build consolidate relationship
- You **analyse market and consumption Chocolate trends** and work on new product development to ensure with R&D the best innovations in line with customer needs and latest local trends
- You **promote SBU Chocolate in all relevant events** through finished product approach, working in close collaboration with the communication department for the yearly communication plan for the category

After a first assignment in Product Management, you will be involved in a second and third one, within Marketing Department, including Customer Marketing.

The goal of our program is to prepare you on a path for talented, passionate professionals towards future leading roles within our company.

You will be assigned to an expert Mentor, who will ensure you receive all the continuous support and training you need to be successful during your 3 annual rotations. After your 3-year graduate program, you will move to an exciting role within Puratos Italy to build further your career within our global business.

**Who are we looking for?**
- A **Master's Degree from a University **with excellent academic track record (Economics, Marketing) and a hands-on mindset.
- A first work or Internship experience, preferably in the Food, FMCG or in a similar industry
- Drive for innovation, teamwork, flexibility and achievement orientation
- Interdependent mindset with influencing skills within a non-hierarchical setting
- Engagement and Passion for the Food industry and Product Management
- Be fully mobile to work in different global business areas/locations
- **Be fully business-fluent in English (French, Dutch and/or other European languages highly advantageous, but not mandatory)**
