**Group Comms & Digital Content Internship**

Barilla is looking for a student/graduate for an internship opportunity within the Communication and External Relations unit based in our Head Office in Parma.

The intern will be part of the Barilla Group Communication and External Relations team, focusing on corporate digital content, external and internal communication.

She/he will gain deep insights on reputation - to promote and strengthen the Group's distinctive corporate positioning - and content creation for global audiences. She/he will be part of a dynamic and multicultural team, working day to day with managers on important projects for the company.

She/he will learn how to manage complex projects, work with cross-functional teams and countries.
The trainee will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders such as external creative agencies (e.g. advertising, creative agencies) and country managers.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Supporting the team in the planning and execution of communication contents on Barilla Group digital channels (e.g. website, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)
- Supporting in the planning and execution of activities and related contents for internal communication (e.g. newsletter, intranet)
- Supporting in the management of internal Group events (e.g. town halls)
- Supporting in the coordination of internal stakeholders for the planning and execution of internal and external communication activities
- Contributing to the team’s daily business activities (i.e budget management)

**Requirements**:

- Master degree
- Fluent in English and good knowledge of Italian
- Project management skills, ability to balance priorities and multiple tasks
- Organizing skills, creativity and pro-activity
- Graphic design tool knowledge is a plus
