We need you to standardise processes and drive innovation** **Posizione**: **TASK** Together with the team, you will: **develop and manage**efficiently a service provider landscape with standardized contracts and procedures **support**significantly **the creation** of a standardized **partner network**that is - flexible in offering different locations and languagesscalable to handle varying volumes **manage and monitor tender processes** on a regular basis **drive process improvement**by **simplification** and **standardization.** **ENVIRONMENT** As a key player in our international CCM matrix organization, you will: define standardized contracts and establish a target process to set requirements for the service providers play a vital role in shaping our international service structure and future strategies collaborate closely with colleagues from France, Germany, Italy, and Poland work alongside accounting, controlling, and purchasing teams on cost monitoring and tender processes **Requisiti**: **EXPERIENCE & SKILLS** - solid experience in international partner management. - confident in negotiations and skilled at working with external service providers. - know how to manage the interplay of goal achievement and cost efficiency on an international level. - English minimum B2 level - strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. - analytical and cost management skills. - experienced and enjoy working in an intercultural team setup - thrive to work in a highpaced, sometimes stressful, and changing environment. - be able to deal with conflicts in a positive and constructive way **Altre informazioni**: **WHY JOIN US?**: Have a passion for Customer Service - Be part of a major transformation journey and influence change from the inside - Enjoy flat hierarchies, an open culture, and an international work environment - At bonprix, we stay ahead by thinking differently.
