For the Marketing team, we are looking for: **Product Specialist Respiratory (ALLEX Graduate Program)**: Activities: - Defines and monitors objectives, strategies, and programs for Respiratory Care projects/solutions/services in direct alignment with the Global Business Line. - Supports the definition, maintenance, and scalability of Value Based Health Care projects for Respiratory therapies at a local level. - Constantly monitors business performance, ensuring the correct and continuous implementation of established commercial strategies. - Supports the commercial department in clinical promotion activities in the field. - Manages clinical insights to support commercial performance for Respiratory Care activities and projects. - Participates in local and national congresses and events, maintains relationships with scientific communities and clinical stakeholders within the area of expertise. - Contributes to market analysis and development by identifying patient needs in line with market dynamics, participates in the development and execution of strategies for Respiratory Care solutions and services. **Are you a MATCH?** **Requirements**: - Degree in scientific/economic/healthcare fields; Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Nursing, and/or Physiotherapy with a Respiratory specialization. - A maximum of 36 months of experience in a similar role gained in structured environments, preferably operating in the Healthcare / Homecare, pharmaceutical, or medical device sectors. - Global mindset and international aspirations. - Dynamic, adaptable, with strong learning agility and resilience. - Leadership potential in approach. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Innovative and proactive thinker. - Fluent in English.
