Persone con passione e desiderio di andare oltre i confini e guidare l'innovazione, sbloccando al tempo stesso il proprio potenziale.- Plan preventive maintenance scheduled by the TPM Centre according to planned procedures ensuring and maintaining PM parameters in terms of integrity and adherence to targets. - Definition and optimization of PM tasks and plans; - Entering tasks and kits into TPM Center, checking and analyzing data - PM execution in TPMCenter. - Develop and implement all possible improvement actions on equipment in order to reduce maintenance costs in terms of improving the life of spare parts". - Identify and promote possible controls/reviews of PM of PM. - Participating in Advanced Equipment Control programmes through the use of specific tools such as eSTar and Silve - Support the TPM staff in the Process area, managing the priorities in terms of interventions to be carried out and contributing technically to their work to ensure effectiveness. - Follow all safety procedures. - Ensure complete disposal of toxic parts from equipment in the Process area. The job of maintenance technician requires good technical skills to be able to execute equipment maintenance through: - fast analysis and rapid implementation of effective solutions of technical problems - quick response to internal customers (production and engineering teams) The position also requires good problem-solving skills, i.e. the ability to identify the most effective and efficient solution to optimize structural weaknesses in equipment, resolve unscheduled faults, solve recurring issues and deal with all those those events where equipment quality can impact WFY. Creativity also plays an important role in this work in terms of generating and sharing new or improved ideas and solutions using a creative and open-minded approach. Mandatory: Bachelor Engineer Degree in Electrical or Industrial.
