**JOB PURPOSE**
- The role will be part of the content production team and will be supporting the team in identifying potential talent for collaboration. Furthermore he/she will assist in organizing schedules to ensure smooth and efficient operations. He/She will provide assistance with various administrative tasks and workflows to maintain operational efficiency. He/she will facilitate the process of integrating new suppliers into the company system, ensuring that all requirements and standards are met.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Shootings production assistance
- Talents research
- Schedules coordination
- Support administrative processes
- Supplier onboarding

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- Ideally a previous experience in production within the fashion industry, is highly valued. Proven high proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential while familiarity with Adobe Suite is considered a valuable asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are key.
