As a Research & Technology Program Manager you will be responsible for leading the execution of Research & Technology Programs, managing the departmental aspects related to budget, demand vs. capacity, operating rhythm, key performance indicators and reporting at leadership level.

As a Research & Technology Program Manager you will be responsible for:

- Leading the execution of Research & Technology Programs, assuring the program milestones on time completion, within the assigned budget and to the right quality
- Assuring the correct and timely execution of all program management processes, in particular:

- Managing financial processes for programs cost budgeting, tracking and forecasting
- Setting up of technical & gate reviews
- Uploading and keeping updated the key program data in the dedicated management tool
- Managing and updating of the R&T Programs dashboards according to the established Operating Rhythm
- Supporting the procurement phase with third parties involved in the program ( mainly Universities and other Research centers), from the negotiation to the Purchase order placement & receival
- Working in collaboration with Domain Leaders and Portfolio Leader to:

- Managing program deviations in terms of budget, scope and planning
- Performing portfolio analysis
- Preparing R&T program reviews
- Supporting Program Management process & tools continuous improvement
- Supporting Technology Roadmap update process
- Supporting R&T key initiatives to foster BH Cultural Transformation around ideation, blu sky thinking, start up thinking

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Computer Science, or related technical discipline
- Have professional experience as a leader in a technical field around innovation
- Have experience on managing technology programs
- Demonstrate ability to identify a goal or objective and develop plans and strategies
- Demonstrate ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
- Demonstrate ability to operate in a globally spread matrix organization
- Be proficient in English
- Be able to use Microsoft suite tools ( Power Point, Excel, Word, Power Apps)- Have knowledge of main planning tools ( PrimaveraP6 or MSProject)
