Our team deliver strategic roadmap for Hydrogen and Clean Fuels and New Energy Management Solutions, scout innovative technologies and originates opportunities to expand our portfolio of decarbonized solutions, manage programs for technology development and lead early customers’ engagement to position innovative solutions.

**Contribute to business growth**

As an Hydrogen Technology Manager, you will be scouting for innovative hydrogen and clean fuels technologies and solutions. You will validate value propositions and current technology readiness level and assess the investment needed to commercialize technology. You will collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to research and develop the future of our energy.

As a Hydrogen Technology Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Sustaining and developing hydrogen technologies and solutions, from research, production and utilization, ensuring development and support to full deployment
- Liaising with Platform Managers, Engineering and Product teams to validate value propositions including Levelized Cost of Solutions versus alternatives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver assessments of investments required to bring technologies to commercialization level
- Partnering with engineering and legal teams to assess IP landscaping to protect and develop in-house patents
- Managing Hydrogen technology knowledge, for in-house and competitors solutions, and to update technology assessment landscapes and trends
- Preparing technical papers to promote our hydrogen technology in technical journals and events
- Supporting the definition our growth strategy in the whole hydrogen value chain

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have BSc. in a related field such as, Electrochemical or Chemical engineering
- Have a solid background in process industry and knowledge of electrochemical technologies and hard to abate processes
- Show good experience in the hydrogen value-chain such as, Product Leadership, Innovation, Engineering, Process or Plant design
- Have excellent communication and written skills and be fluent in English
- Demonstrate effective leadership skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with team, customers and others
- Be able to travel internationally to visit customers or Baker Hughes locations
- Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems and providing resolutions
