The challenge

An exciting opportunity has arisen to contribute to Haier Europe. The Company is on a journey to achieve ambitious business growth and leadership objectives in the region, and we need someone who is passionate, proactive, self-driven and motivated to join a team of open-minded individuals.

We are looking for an individual who demonstrates the core values of the Haier’s attitude: entrepreneurship and innovation, zero distance to consumers and IoT & Ecosystem thinking. A true change agent with an agile approach thriving for idea contamination and with a hyper-collaborative approach that breaks silos and creates an open ecosystem.

What you will do

Responsible for the management and the development of built-in hobs product portfolio. In particular:

- responsible for the management of the entire life-cycle of the product, including:

- business case definition and validation
- definition of technical specifications
- launch plan definition
- value proposition
- phase in /out strategy
- analyse consumer trends and habits in order to correctly define the value proposition and the products specifications, aiming to leadership in the competition landscape.
- analyse sell-in and sell-out data in order to detect the right business opportunities.
- constantly collaborate with R&D, Costs, Purchase and Logistic department along all the development process
- constant collaboration with Brand and Design team for the definition of value proposition and product aesthetics.
- support business managers and markets in the definition of line-up and in removing business roadblocks if related to product.

What you need to succeed

Must have
- Solid technical approach with a natural talent and passion for design and high-tech
- Strategic thinking well balanced with well-organized and structured approach, being fast and responsive in daily tasks. Acts with Passion for Consumers aiming to Zero Distance
- University degree (preferred area Marketing / economics)
- Experience in Product Portfolio development in a multinational industry/environment producing Global Brands, ideally BTC
- Excellent level of Italian and English
- Fast, reliable, autonomous, well-organized with great skills in communication and team leadership

Nice to have
- Passion for Cooking
- MBA/Master in Marketing
- Turkish and Chinese and others languages are a plus
- Previous experience in industrial complex products such as White goods, Brown goods, SDA, Automotive, High Tech, Design and Furniture
