The Company is on a journey to achieve ambitious business growth and leadership objectives in the region, and we need someone who is passionate, proactive, self-driven and motivated to join a team of open-minded individuals.What you will doWe are seeking a Commercial Sales Manager with strong technical-commercial expertise in commercial & industrial (C&I) solar and energy storage solutions to join our European team.In this role, you will drive business development and customer acquisition in the Swiss market, focusing on larger PV systems, hybrid solutions, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) with Energy Management Solutions.You will partner closely with EPCs, installers, distributors, and development companies, positioning the Haier Energy portfolio as a leading choice in the C&I renewable energy sector.Key ResponsibilitiesLead commercial development for C&I PV and BESS solutions within SwitzerlandBuild and expand strong relationships with EPCs, developers, installers, and strategic distributorsIdentify business opportunities, qualify projects, and drive them through the full sales cycleProvide technical and commercial proposals and guidance for larger PV and hybrid system designsConduct professional product presentations, partner training, and negotiations with key stakeholdersSupport customers in project feasibility, bid submissions, and technical complianceWork in close alignment with Technical Support, Product Management, and European Sales LeadershipTrack market intelligence and competitor offerings to strengthen Haier’s positioning in the C&I spaceRepresent Haier Energy at industry events, exhibitions, and partner engagements in ItalyWhat you need to succeedEducation: Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial sales within the solar or broader renewable energy industryExperience: Proven experience selling C&I PV, BESS, and inverter-based systemsLanguages: Fluent in Italian with strong English skills; French/German are a plusNice to have: Willing to travel across Switzerland and occasionally within EuropeSoft skillsStrong business acumen with a results-driven approach and ability to manage long sales cyclesSelf-motivated, structured, and comfortable working independently while collaborating across teamsWhat We OfferPermanent role within a fast-growing global energy technology companyStrategic responsibility for developing the C&I and storage market in SwitzerlandStrong career growth opportunities in the expanding renewable energy sectorSupportive, international team culture with modern tools and product innovationsReporting to: Head of Sales ItalyLocationHome office in Italy, with frequent customer travelHaier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
