The resource will support the Legal HR Department in Milan in all the activities related to the function. In particular, the resource will be involved in the following activities:

- Assist in the management, monitoring and drafting of the employment contracts;
- Support the team in providing and drafting legal advices on employment law matters;
- Support in the preparation of legal HR documents;
- Analysis of a variety of legal HR issues, including carrying out research, and in the preparation of responses to internal client queries.

**Profile**:

- Master Degree in Law, Employment Law or similar.
- IT abilities and good knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular, Word and PowerPoint).
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent analytical, planning and deadlines monitoring skills.
- Proactive approach to problem solving, great rigor, good analytical skills, team-working attitude and
flexibility.
