Bids & Tenders Representative - Temporary Position

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process Internal information requests
- Documentation control / check & system update
- Complete customer reporting
- Respond to customer data requests (external)
- In charge of Internal (Sales, Finance, Marketing etc) & External Customer communication
- Resolve basic Bids & Tenders activities including investigating and performing root cause analysis under direction and supervision
- Solve basic tasks and produce standard reporting & analysis
- Other incidental duties as assigned by Leadership

**Education and Experience**:
Bachelor's Degree or H.S. Diploma - Preferred
2 years previous related experience - Preferred

**Additional Skills**:

- Good computer skills including usage of MS Office Suite
- Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Substantial knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies and procedures
- Moderate knowledge on Edwards products and customers
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
