Bids & Tenders Apprentice

Edwards Lifesciences Italy is looking for a Bids and Tenders (B&T) role who will primarily be responsible for quotation, tenders and relative aspects. We are offering an Apprenticeship Contract of 2 years.

Key Responsibilities
Preparation of quotations and communication to the customers.
Preparation of tenders and post tenders’ documentation in line with actual tender code and Company procedures.
Registration and update electronic platform (i.e. Albo Fornitori)
Support the Sales Team and Customers on daily basis request.
Support distributors on collecting Tenders documentations.
Check and align contracts prices yearly and upon request.
Preparation and filing of consignment contracts.
Preparation of rental contracts.
Monthly checking bank guarantee.
Supporting in B&T activities.

Education, Experience and Skills
Preferred Bachelor’s Degree and min 1 year of previous related Bids and Tenders experience
Fluent English
Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite
Moderate knowledge and understanding of B&T functional areas including: tenders and quotation process, is preferred
Moderate knowledge and understanding of Tender Code (Codice Appalti) is preferred
Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills, good presentation and facilitation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization, work in a team and in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage internal and external confidential information with utmost discretion
Strict attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
