As part of our Direct Digital Sales service this position will support the team to handle customers claims regarding the orders placed on our website or stores all the data related on arena’s marketplaces orders.

**Main activities & accountabilities**:
Claims handling received both from arena website and marketplaces
Returns managing and refunds
Creation of return labels
Data registration
Communicate with shipments providers to solve the problems which may arise with shipments (missing and late deliveries, package losses, false POD, etc.)
Support customers with a good quality service, providing them with the pieces of information required (ex: regarding our products, shipments, etc.)

**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree
1/2 years of experience in similar roles would be considered a plus
Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written
The knowledge of platforms like Magento or Neteven is considered a plus
Excellent communication skills
Propositive attitude and focus on customers
Strong attention for details and deadlines
Ability to multi-task and teamwork
Energetic, enthusiastic and open minded
Keen on e-commerce platforms
