WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
As part of the CNHi Purchasing organization and reporting to Procuremetn and Capacity Management Manager, the Capacity Management Specialist is in charge to manage strategic suppliers’ capacity and procurement process to avoid supply disruptions and to secure the feasibility of CNH Industrial Agriculture Manufacturing Operating Plants.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage supplier capacity, for critical suppliers, defining possible capacity constraints and necessary actions to remove them;
Catch preventively and proactively supplier capacity roadblocks not allowing to achieve production and sales target.
Organize and make follow up on Suppliers’ Surveys, for all activities that requires this approach (Production Plans validation, Supplier Value Stream mapping, etc..);
Define and follow up a clear set of actions with the target of reducing backlog and improve KPI of a number of critical suppliers co-defined with manufacturing
Define the Supplier Value Stream Map, mapping supplier frozen period and flexibility;
For new products work with Platform in order to map supplier capacity and check feasibility plan both on ramp up and on mass production phases;
Promote process improvement initiatives, coordinating his actions with capacity management of the other Segments.
YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning logic and systems, preferably 2 years work experience in procurement, logistic, supply chain or similar area, with specific focus on planning and supplier management.
Proficiency creating Excel spreadsheets, Power Point and use of basic Office software
High analytical and problem-solving skills required, ability to anticipate and prevent risks, ability to manage high amount of data
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely - both oral and written - at all levels within CNHi and suppliers’ organization, in a multinational environment
Available to travel and stay abroad countries when is required and for temporary periods
Self-starter with high energy, proactively Teamwork attitude and positive approach
Oriented to achieve important results and objectives under pressure
Fluent English
