**Role Purpose**:
**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Collaborate with project teams in order to deliver consistent service model on the deployed solution
- Collaborate with project teams in order to set up correct alarm threshold on local and VF Group monitoring platforms
- In life IoT platform management in terms of incident, CR and SR requested by the Customer
- Log Analysis on IoT solutions
- Alerts IoT customers to proactive incidents highlighted by Vodafone tools and keeps customer solution documentation up to date.

**Key performance indicators**:

- He/she will be responsible for top IoT customer management and will by evaluate considering customer satisfaction index (NPS).

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- Flexible and open attitude towards innovative services and new technologies

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- Proven experience in technology environments and IoT service release
- Basic knowledge of network elements and protocols
- Basic knowledge of network/hosting/firewall technologies
- Academic Background: Engineering Degree
- Tenure/Years of experience: 5
