Procurement Controller and Group ICS-auditor

**Location**: Italy (Trezzano sul Naviglio)

Key responsibilities

**Purchase Controlling**:

- define, develop and maintain processes, tools, way of collaboration with Group Strategic Procurement
- define, and keep actualized group standards and KPIs in the area of procurement and purchasing. Ensure that these standards are applied correctly
- ensure actuality of CO-manual, launch processes of revision when needed. Ensure that content of CO-manual is understood and followed by business units
- collaborate with Group Strategic Procurement on target setting, as-is analysis, reporting and controlling
- support Group Strategic Procurement in all phases of project management, starting from definition of scope to debriefing and archiving of projects.
- Collaboration with Group Lead Buyers in order to make development of strategic materials and services transparent. Share data the learnings with parties concerned
- collaborate with other members of Group Controlling in all standard process like budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, deviation analysis, design of action plans and commenting
- ensure that transfer of data from Lead Buyers to the area of Sales, Finance, Management; ensure that consequences of changes in purchase are ‘translated’ to the language of other areas
- support plant controllers in updating the Product Cost Estimate when required
- support Group Process Owners and SAP-master data team in achieving group wide consistency in MD with focus on material data and Finance

Group Controlling
- ensure that Controlling processes, Group standards, Directives and Manuals of are actualized, clear and understood, and used correctly.
- develop new standard reports in collaboration with Group Process Owners. Ensure that existing standard reports are implemented correctly
- collaborate in preparation, performance and reporting on planning, budgeting, forecasting
- provide ad-hoc analysis on request ICS auditor
- keep the ICS templates up to date: review regularly the business processes with the Group Process Owners and adjust check points and ICS-controls based on actual situation
- propose adjustments to existing ICS template in order to keep the effectiveness of the controls to be maintained or improved
- train local business owners on ICS matters, assure that requirements (ICS-checks) are performed correctly
- prepare and perform periodic (yearly) audits on plant site, write an audit report with findings and share with local management - final report for the attention of the CFO

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree, Commercial area
- English level B2 minimum in spoken and written language
- User experience in SAP, mainly modules FI, CO and FIAA
- Additionally, user experience in SAP; BW, BO, and SAM analytic cloud
- 5 years of experience in similar function
