**_"We care for people so they can do their best"_**: We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant Manager in charge of Rooms Division motivated to join the opening team of the Hyatt Regency Rome Termini. The role will report to the General Manager. Conveniently located adjacent to Rome Termini Station and a short distance from the Colosseum, the 238-room Hyatt Regency Rome Termini is a newly renovated contemporary 5-star hotel offering premium business services and one of Italy’s most dazzling leisure rooftop experiences. **Main duties and responsibilities**: - Supports the General Manager in overseeing the overall hotel operations, with direct responsibility for the Rooms Division (Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge) and Leisure Activities. - Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency, service quality, guests’ satisfaction and profitability of the hotel. - Monitor operational performance metrics and propose improvements to maximize results. - Ensure Rooms and Leisure Activities operational budgets are managed effectively, with a focus on cost control and resource optimization. - Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to optimize room rates, upselling and yielding based on market trends and demand. - Guarantee an outstanding guest experience by addressing and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner, implementing corrective actions when necessary. - Actively participate in the recruitment, training, and development of staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. - Work closely with the General Manager on special projects, events, or strategic initiatives involving the entire hotel. - Ensure compliance with the brand standards, safety and hygiene regulations, as well as adherence to all local and company policies. - Take a proactive approach to service innovation, adopting new technologies or systems to enhance guest experiences and improve operational efficiency. - Participate in trainings and other development programs. **Skills and requirements**: - At least 5 years of experience in leadership roles within international hotels, with exposure to rooms departments - Excellent leadership and communication skills, with strong problem-solving abilities. - Experience managing staff and creating a positive, collaborative work environment. - Proficiency in Opera PMS and the ability to analyze operational data to take strategic decisions. - Fluency in English, Italian and preferably another foreign language. - Ability to quickly adapt to challenges and manage complex or dynamic situations. - Strong attention to detail with a comprehensive view of hotel operations. - Proactive attitude in promoting innovation and service excellence. **What we offer** Competitive remuneration Room discounts available worldwide within the Hyatt portfolio.
