Technical support 2nd level and Repair Coordinator (settore fotovoltaico)

**Le risorse si occuperanno delle seguenti attività**:

- Assistenza e consulenza di secondo livello alla clientela sui nostri impianti FV e tutte le soluzioni tecnologiche correlate;
- Diagnosi e ripristino da remoto di guasti e anomalie;
- Utilizzo di applicativi aziendali per la gestione del troubleshooting;
- Supporto alla logística per le sostituzioni ed il ritiro dei guasti;
- Coordinamento delle attività di riparazione (training ai clienti ed al service provider, supporto e coordinamento del centro di riparazione).

**Requisiti richiesti**:

- Diploma o laurea ad indirizzo energetico, elettrico, elettronico o elettrotecnico;
- Problem solving e orientamento al cliente;
- Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Disponibilità a corsi di formazione ed aggiornamento costanti anche in Germania;
- Requisito preferenziale sarà la conoscenza del settore fotovoltaico.
