**Your Challenge**
You will be responsible for the generation pull of the market influencing consultants and customers (installers and distributors) for the dedicated portfolio of Fire Detection, EVAC and Extinguishing products with focus on growing the business of the whole Fire product portfolio in the central south area.
Your main activities will consist in:
- Specify projects with consultants in order to generate the market request convincing also defined account/consultants to make Siemens as preferred supplier
- Identify new consultants in order to increase the generation of the market demand proactively identifying new business opportunities
- Follow the must win projects in the market with assigned consultants/customers
- Support in the area the roll-out new products and/or promotion campaigns
- Collaborate with Sales representatives and sales agents in the territory in order to increase the market share in the area.
**What you need to bring with you**:
- Proven technical knowledge of the fire detection products and Italian fire regulation with good knowledge of EVAC systems and extinguishing systems.
- Strong ability to establish relationships and understand the different market situations, by understanding which partner has the decision-making role and customer oriented
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills;
- Be able to work to different colleagues as an outstanding team crafting also networks across business and functions
- Bachelor's Degree or Specialization in Electrical Engineering will be a plus;
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English; knowledge of the Italian language will be a required title;
- Available to travel for short business trip;
- Good familiarity with IT principles regarding: AutoCAD software; networking, VPN, Firewall and Cybersecurity
- Always strive to develop technology and ethical guardrails in parallel
