Per società appartenente al network di una importante realtà multinazionale, stiamo selezionando un IT Security Manager.
La risorsa prescelta, di riporto al Global Head of Systems, Networking & Security, avrà la responsabilità di pianificare e coordinare i progetti di security, costituendo il punto di riferimento all'interno del Gruppo e parteciperà attivamente alla definizione ed alla costruzione di una cultura aziendale orientata alla sicurezza informatica e dei dati.

Responsabilità principali
- Coordinamento funzionale di risorse esterne
- Gestione delle Policy di Cybersecurity delle entity del Gruppo
- Pianificazione e coordinamento dei progetti di security
- Continuo miglioramento ed adeguamento degli standard di sicurezza del Gruppo, deploy e delivery delle soluzioni e monitoraggio del rispetto delle direttive da parte delle Società del Gruppo.
- Supporto agli audit di certificazione
- Supporto alla definizione del budget di IT Security
- Coordinamento dei team di incident response in caso di attacco informatico
- Supporto alla mitigazione in caso di incidenti di sicurezza e alla successiva root cause analysis, remediation e definizione delle azioni correttive
- Coordinamento e monitoraggio del servizio SOC
- Gestione della evoluzione dei sistemi di sicurezza come supporto alla business continuity

E' richiesta la conoscenza delle piattaforme di security, networking e firewalling e processi, per orientare la cultura aziendale verso comportamenti ed azioni sicuri e la conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Requisiti preferenziali:

- conseguimento delle certificazioni CISM, CISSP, CCSK ed in generale di certificazioni professionali inerenti la gestione della sicurezza delle informazioni, la sicurezza dei dati in Cloud
- certificazioni di security Microsoft Azure e Microsoft 365

Completano il profilo attitudine al lavoro in team, autonomia nella gestione dei progetti, efficienza operativa, focalizzata al raggiungimento degli obiettivi, problem solving, doti relazionali.

Sede di lavoro: Milano (Sesto San Giovanni).
Si prevede come modalità di lavoro lo smart working.
