Role and responsibilities
- Develop, manage and analyze structured dataset of ASML equipment performance, and create performance analysis report for company-wide usage.
- Perform data analysis of ASML equipment to identify resolutions and/or improvement points of system performance through complete and accurate data analysis. Recommend and implement improvements to the hardware and/or associated methodologies/procedures pertaining to the Performance Management operation.
- Define bottlenecks/disturbances of ASML equipment that affect our performance and related KPIs, and support stakeholders in the investigation to identify proper solutions.
- Coordinate and collaborate with multiple global stakeholders to solve escalated problems on equipment performance management.
- Ensure technical and administrative documentation is completed in a clear, concise and timely manner.
- Ensure proper written and oral communications with related stakeholders, and prepare and present as required.

Education and experience
- At least 3 years of Field and/or related experience in Semiconductor business
- Data analysis based on statistical knowledge is preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree or above

**Skills**:

- Excellent skills on Excel (high skills in formular, Macro, VBA, etc)
- Data handling and reporting (Excel, Spotfire, Power BI, etc)
- Data automation (VBA, Python, etc)
- Fluent English
- Good analytical, communicative and social skills
- Focused on quality, continuous improvement
