Lead the cross functional team to deliver on all program(s) deliverables within the terms and conditions of the contract and business case. Contributes to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team. Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures.

**Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities**
- Work closely with the Product Leaders, Technical Leaders, Engineers, and the rest of programs team (Procurement, Application Eng, Manufacturing, Service) to ensure that all stakeholders' expectations are met, as well as the product specifications, and that all the organizations are meeting business expectations.
- Demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives, being the primary interface to the Product leadership regarding the assigned programs.
- Provide leadership and actively support technical direction for assigned organizational responsibilities and programs.
- Develop an integrated program plan across all functions with milestones, deliverables, resources, required funding to carry out the development and keeping it updated
- Ensure that the NPD tollgate process is followed as required by applicable business practices, standards and instructions and identify/mitigate all program issues and risks with documented abatement and action plans
- Provide interim metrics/reports on program status including financial risks & opportunities, and ensure proper archiving of program schedule/cost documentation

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Product Management).
