Directly attached to the COO and located at the Headquarter in Milano - Italy, the Head of Finance will be responsible for FP&A, consolidation, accounting, and tax matters. In this role he /she will directly manage the FP&A Manager and the Head of Accounting with the following objectives:

- Supervise and coordinate finance and accounting operations;
- Develop, re-enforce accounting team. Streamline accountings’ processes and automatize them whenever it is possible;
- Prepare and publish timely financial statements and ensure reporting accuracy to the Group;
- Liaise with external auditors for annual closing;
- Coordinate the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts;
- Support the business by providing sharp analysis and insure strong budget control. Develop insights on trends and set key performance indicators covering all areas of revenue, product cost, expenses, and capital expenditures;
- Support operations to keep cogs evolution under control;
- Prepare and comment materials for executive review and board meetings.

**Profile**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in finance/accounting;
- 15 years of experience in Finance administrative/accounting;
- Fluency in English and Italian;
- Knowledge of accounting procedures;
- Rigorous;
- Organization and structuration skills;
- Teamwork oriented and good relationship;
- Business oriented and results driven;
- Able to work under deadlines;
- Interested in the retail / wholesale for luxury brands.
