Our team is fully international and passionate about building the future of health and weight care for our customers. **Employment** We offer an Independent Contractor Agreement for this position. **About the role** This is an excellent chance for a Junior Talent Partner who is seeking to join a thriving and highly ambitious health-tech company. In this position, you won't simply be responsible for filling vacancies, but you will also have the opportunity to assist Able in enhancing and optimizing its recruitment processes. **What you'll do** - Review active applicants on a daily basis and be able to have a clear picture of our existing pipeline at any point in time; - Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to achieve outstanding collaboration; **About you** - Experience working with a well known Applicant Tracking Systems in the industry; - Experience working with or within a product company; - Knowledge of a product company evergreen roles (Product Management, Product Design, Engineering, Marketing, etc.); - Highly proficient in written and spoken English (other languages are a plus); - Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment; - Passion for recruitment. **Nice to have** - Experience using Ashby (ATS). **Benefits** - Flexible, remote working environment; - In-person company retreats and virtual gatherings; - Apple laptop and equipment for your needs; - Unlimited PTO; - Work with incredibly talented colleagues. **Life at Able** By joining Able, you’ll become part of a team that picks each other up, collaborates daily, and works hard, fast, and smart because they’re motivated and passionate about being the best in the industry.
