International Business Partnerships Demand Planning Manager - Haircare:
**YOUR MISSION**:
Create accurate demand forecasts collaborating with sales operations, marketing and sales teams and playing a key role in optimizing inventory levels to meet customer needs avoiding overstock, in line with Company’ sustainable values.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
NEW LAUNCHES DEMAND PLANNING
Elaborate BU forecast for new launches
**Monitor the launch**: global volume forecast vs actual
Review post launch quantities after/during the launch
Estimate quantities to be preorded of the old line
Stock Master Data Entry
ON GOING PRODUCT DEMAND PLANNING
Local data gathering for forecast consensus variation
Analyze data provided by forecasting tools and add manual input
Elaborate forecasts for Sales materials
STRATEGIC PLANNING & REPORTING
Co design budget with finance, mktg, sales and inventory
Co design business review contents
OTHER ACTIVITIES
Collect preorder from distributors
Run specific projects to involve distributors in demand planning process, in cooperation with Business Development Managers
**WHO YOU ARE**:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
Basics on forecasting techniques & forecast analyses required
POWER BI knowledge is a plus
Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process knowledge is a plus
Fluent English is a must, any additional language a plus
Excellent attention for detail
Strong analytical skills
Action oriented, with a clear focus on meeting deadlines
Collaborative approach
Team player
Ability to follow multitask between daily responsibilities and time-sensitive requests
Problem solving, proactivity and attitude to “make things happen” required
Strong communication skills - ability to communicate with different people at all levels of the company
Self-motivated and proactive
