Per il nostro cliente, società di asset management e O&M di impianti di produzione di energia da fonti rinnovabili, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di un Legal and Administrative Specialist - Energy Division che si occuperà di:

- degli adempimenti con il GSE, l’ARERA, Agenzia delle Dogane, Terna, e-Distribuzione/gestori di rete
- degli adempimenti tecnico amministrativi relativi alle attività di revamping/repowering degli impianti fotovoltaici di media e grande taglia, ivi incluse le pratiche di connessione con il Gestore della rete elettrica
- degli aspetti legali di diritto amministrativo ;
- degli adempimenti contrattuali relativi alle polizze assicurative e alla gestione dei sinistri;
- degli adempimenti legali relativi all’emissione e rinnovo delle fidejussioni
- dei rapporti con le autorità e gli Enti locali in particolare per quanto riguarda le convenzioni e gli eventuali accordi transattivi
- delle attività legali inerenti alla definizione e gestione dei contratti di vendita di energia
- delle attività legali inerenti alla definizione e gestione dei contratti di acquisto di energia
- dei contratti Diritti di Superficie/Locazioni/Servitù,
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato

Stipendio: €30.000,00 - €40.000,00 all'anno

Disponibilità:

- Dal lunedì al venerdì
Esperienza:

- impiegato/a amministrativo/a: 4 anni (Preferenziale)
