FRI-EL GREEN POWER S.P.A. is a leading company in the production of electricity from renewable energy sources, particularly wind energy.
The main activities of the group are primarily focused on the development, planning, and construction of facilities powered by renewable energy, as well as the production and sale of the generated electricity. Additionally, the company includes other activities in the real estate and transportation sectors that are relevant to the group.
To strengthen our team at our headquarters in Bolzano, we are looking for a **Junior Legal Counsel (M/F/d) **for our legal department.
**Your responsibilities mainly include**:
- Providing legal support to the group's companies involved in the development and construction of facilities for electricity generation from renewable energy sources, as well as to the respective internal corporate functions;
- Assisting and providing legal advice in the drafting, signing and management of contracts;
- Advising and providing technical support to internal departments in the management of administrative procedures, access to files, drafting letters to authorities and public administrations;
- Monitoring and coordinating processes related to the preparation, updating, and adoption of models according to Legislative Decree 231/01, the Code of Ethics, the system, and the anti-corruption policy, data protection, and their implementation;
- Assisting and providing legal advice in the management of legal disputes.
- Master's Degree in Law;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills both written and oral;
- Accuracy, flexibility, and commitment in carrying out assigned tasks as well as confidentiality;
- Problem-solving ability and teamwork;
- Good knowledge of the English and German languages.
