The
**Events & Exhibit BU Director Personal Assistant** will work closely with one of Balich Wonder Studio's C-Level Executive & Board Member.

As Personal Assistant you will play a pivotal role in helping your manager to make best use of her time dealing with general administrative and secretarial tasks.The job role is wide ranging. From organising agenda, keeping notes and scheduling meetings to setting up conferences and assisting with travel trips, you can expect to enjoy a busy but varied day.

Below a quick recap of main tasks and responsibilities:

- Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
- Organising events and conferences.
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Managing databases and filing systems.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
- Collating and filing expenses.
- Conducting research on behalf of the manager.
- Organising the manager’s personal commitments when necessary or required

**Requirements**:

- You must be a great organiser who can be flexible and adapt with the role
- Possess excellent administration and communication skills
- Excellent English level both written and spoken
- Enjoy project and event management.
- Great multitasker.
- Logical thinker.
- Reliable and self motivated.
- Love being at the heart of a business and helping someone to be organised to free up their time.
- Assist with research and enjoy preparing spreadsheets and reports.
- Be prepared to work out of office hours.
