**What you’ll be doing**

As a **Junior People & Culture Specialist**, you’ll play a key role in** enhancing our employee experience and fostering a positive work environment**. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

- ** Ensure smooth onboarding** - collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve the induction for new hires.
- ** Support engagement initiatives** - assist in the development and implementation of programs that promote company values and boost employee engagement.
- ** Analyze feedback** - collect and analyze employee feedback to identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions.
- ** Champion company culture** - foster a positive and collaborative work environment across all teams.
- ** Track HR metrics** - monitor and analyze key HR metrics to enhance the overall employee experience.
- ** Coordinate learning opportunities** - assist in identifying training needs and coordinating both internal and external learning and development programs.
- ** Support company events** - play a key role in the planning and execution of various company events.
