We are looking for a highly motivated and curious Junior People Culture Specialist to join our People team and gain 360° exposure to all areas of HR.

This is a unique opportunity for someone eager to experience the full scope of People Culture - from talent acquisition to internal communication, from onboarding to learning development - within a dynamic and international environment.

**What you’ll do**:

- Support recruiting activities by helping define job requirements with hiring managers, publishing job openings, conducting screening calls, and assisting in the offer preparation and follow-up.
- Contribute to the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration for new joiners.
- Help coordinate training and development programs, including initiatives like TLG University.
- Support internal communications efforts, such as newsletters and company updates.
- Support employer branding activities with universities and other external partners, including participation in career days, project work, and student engagement initiatives.
- Assist in the creation, distribution, and analysis of internal surveys (e.g. onboarding, exit, and engagement surveys) to gather feedback and continuously improve employee experience.
- Support the tracking and reporting of People KPIs to evaluate performance and strategy effectiveness.

**What we’re looking for**:

- A strong interest in Human Resources and the ambition to grow in a people-centric role.
- Previous internship experience in HR or related fields is a big plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect across all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized and comfortable in fast-changing, high-energy environments.
- Discreet and professional in handling sensitive information.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Italian and English.
- A positive and energetic attitude - someone who brings enthusiasm and team spirit.
