ROLE MISSION

The position is part of the Sales Team and reports to the Sales Team Leader.

He/She will contribute to maintaining and further developing the commercial relationship with all the external stakeholders, for Spain country.

Thanks to a combination of analytical skills and a commercial mindset, he/she will be able to draft and present commercial propositions, negotiate with clients, and analyse the performance of the different campaigns.

The AM will liaise with external stakeholders such as advertisers, agencies, and affiliate platforms, in addition to the internal stakeholders such as the company's Content or SEO departments.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Expand Bravo Savings Network’s brand presence in the Spanish market;
- Source & Develop strategic relationships: leverage your research, creativity, communication, and relationship-building skills to secure and grow partnerships with a vast array of brands, networks and media agencies;
- Track and analyze the performance of a portfolio of merchants to identify and solve problems quickly;
- Follow market trends and proactively seek out new clients to develop strong partnerships;
- Collaborate with fellow Account Managers and other members of the team (Operations, Marketing Team, Web Content Team) to ensure the success of all accounts and action plans;
- Conduct periodical reviews and maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Native/ Bilingual Proficiency in Spanish - this will be tested during the interview process;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Business, Marketing or a similar technical field;
- Experience in Client Management and a proven track record in Business Development and growing partnerships;
- Ability to commute to our office in Sesto Fiorentino, Florence;
- Positive, Problem-Solving attitude;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and thrives under pressure

**Nice to Have**
- Good understanding of affiliate marketing, preferably the Coupons, Shopping & Promo Code sectors, or as a Publisher within the affiliate industry;
- Experience using affiliate networks’ platforms.

**Salary and benefits packages will be discussed during the interview.**

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

Stipendio: €1.200,00 - €1.400,00 al mese
