Digital E-commerce Specialist

Your Impact Reporting to the QI Onsite Optimization Manager in this role you will: - Highlight country website and apps improvements related to Search & Navigation, products discoverability, Product Recommendations, Ratings & Reviews, seamless purchase funnel to improve customer experience and increase conversion rate.- Manage a website optimization roadmap at a country level aligned with the International one, including idea management, testing, tech requirements and reporting needs.- Audit and analyse funnel metrics to address areas for growth in conversion rates.- Support business initiatives and ensure good coordination and collaboration between the teams in various company departments.- Partner with the A/B testing team to implement the testing program following the Optimization priorities.- Track and resolve website "bug" issues trough close partnership with IT departments.- Coordinate On-site Optimization projects across ecommerce teams, tech Product Managers and external vendors. What You Bring- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing or related fields.- At least 3 years experience in similar role in CRO, Digital and eCommerce fields.- Experience with Optimization platforms such as Adobe Target, BazaarVoice, Jira, Confluence.- Advanced knowledge of Analytics tool (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics).- Fluent in English and Italian.- Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.- Must exhibit customer focus, aptitude for problem solving, good time management skills and positive attitude.- Have a strong interest on innovation and a pioneering spirit.- Balance of analytical and technical experience, while working in constant collaboration with many parts of the organization - including Digital Store, Performance Marketing, Content.
