Il nostro Cliente, importante realtà italiana operante nel settore Packaging, per uno dei suoi stabilimenti, ci ha incaricati di ricercare un/una Lean Specialist.

**Posizione**:
La risorsa, a diretto riporto e supporto del Direttore di Stabilimento, si occuperà di:

- Analizzare i processi produttivi, progettare e collaborare alle implementazioni di attività di miglioramento;
- Analizzare i dati di produzione, elaborare statistiche e report periodici, monitorare i diversi KPI di Stabilimento;
- Collaborare all’ ottimizzazione continua ed alla standardizzazione dei processi di produttivi secondo i principi della Lean Manufacturing;
- Fornire supporto organizzativo e gestionale ai responsabili di reparto ed agli operatori;
- Condividere le nuove procedure, effettuare la formazione e manutenere le istruzioni e le procedure operative.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea ad indirizzo tecnico (Ing. Gestionale o Meccanica);
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2/3 anni in progetti di miglioramento operativo in ambito Lean;
- Conoscenza dei principi della Lean Production: Kaizen, 5S, VSM, TPM, SMED;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Ottima conoscenza strumenti informatici (Excel e PowerPoint).
