**Overview**:
**Role Purpose**:
The Project Manager (PM) is accountable of the end-to-end delivery of Standard Convergent Solutions (Fixed, Data and Mobile), from the beginning of the project until the handover of the service to the department of Assurance.
The PM has to provide to the customer a continuous updated scheduling about the release of the service.
The PM is also in touch with Vodafone Enterprise Indirect Business Sales structures, both internal (Area Managers, Field Managers, Pre Sales) and external (sales agencies), providing the best support in delivering the most effective Technology solution in terms of architecture, topology and networking infrastructure.
The PM has to be an innovation hungry champion. His competences must be always updated to the state of the art of Voice and Data IP technologies: Convergence Voice and Data Solutions, CPEs and any new product and/or service IP based.
The PM is also able to understand the economic impact of designed solutions, if needed gives support to Pre Sales structures in order to build the business case/P&L of new convergent solution.
**Key responsibilities**:

- Ability to establish good relationships with other VF departments (Sales, Technologies, Marketing).
- Team-working and performances oriented.
- Compliance with workplace safety laws
- Attitude to continuous training to manage innovative scenarios
- Ability to manage third parties planning (Agencies, System, other VF dept, etc) in a quick and safe mode
**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- Knowledge of TCP/IP network, MPLS and SD- Wan technologies
- Knowledge of fixed
- convergence access technologies.
- Knowledge of IT technologies
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent ability to manage customers, even in conflictual contexts
**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- CCNA certification preferred.
- Scientific or engineering degree preferred
- English knowledge
