**Position Summary**

Support the Internal Communications team in the development of plans, internal communication campaigns, materials for internal projects that help to inform, engage and motivate employees about company vision and goals.

**A day in the life of...**
- Supports the Development of efficient, effective and engaging communication at the market level;
- Supports the organization of a physical event in collaboration with an external agency, from the set up of the venue to the orchestration of internal stakeholders.
- Supports the communication of CSR messages and projects done by the company to further develop employees proudness
- Ensures internal communications messages are clear and consistent across all channels;
- Works on different communication channels (e.g. internal social media, newsletters, monitors, etc.), supports the organizations of town halls meetings (on-site and virtually) and internal events;
- Supports in measuring the effectiveness of internal communication campaigns.

- Strong language and writing skills;

- Ability to create a good collaboration with internal stakeholders;
- Advanced in English;
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Good knowledge of main IT programs (e.g. Office), graphic tools (e.g. Canva - basic knowledge) and curious about new digital communication and collaboration tools;
