We are looking for an enthusiastic, brilliant and passionate recently graduated for an excellent internship opportunity in our **Digital Communication Department** in our headquarter offices located in the heart of Milan.

The intern, reporting directly to the Digital Communication Manager, will support the Team mainly in the following activities:

- Support the development and implementation of the digital communication strategy: objectives and KPIs definition, editorial calendar and website contents update;
- Provide support to the shooting coordination (for editorial and ecommerce contents);
- Keep Buccellati resellers and WW teams updated about new materials, events and campaigns;
- Support the management and implementation of communication activities: content production, SEO, SEM, social media, display and CRM;
- Contribute in the definition and implementation of the data collection strategy;
- Coordination and alignment with multiple stakeholders: strategic marketing partners, creative agency, content studio, media agency, technical agency, SEO agency, CRM agency;
- Monitoring and tracking of communication KPIs and website performance, CRM plan, Social activities and media activations;

**Profile**:

- Brilliant academic background with a Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Digital/Marketing/Economics/Communication;
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
- Knowledge of the MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Knowledge of digital marketing scenario; a previous, even short, experience, will be considered a plus;
- Knowledge of Data collection and activation for Media campaign, social, SEO, SEM, CRM;
- Familiarity with digital analytics tool (e.g. GA);
- Analytical skills;
- Strong passion for digital marketing and Ecommerce;
- Communication and relational skills;
- Proactivity and curiosity;
- Team player;
- Passionate and pro-active approach;
- Strong sense of responsibility and ethical approach to work;
- Problem-solving attitude, good communication and analytical skills;
