We are searching for**:Financial Planning & Control Analyst** in our Rome HQ.

**Key responsibilities**
- Monthly and Quarterly P&L closing with reporting to managing team
- Support internal stakeholders in the definition of forecast and budget company’s results
- Revenue and cost structure analysis and optimization
- Business performance measurement and analysis of variances
- Design trusted and intuitive business reports and KPIs on actual figures
- Design and deploy new dashboards on Finance and corporate data
- Participate in strategic projects, even with international reach
- Support in the redaction of presentations and analysis for institutional meetings

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Economics, Engineering, Statistics or Mathematics
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in same or similar role
- Advanced knowledge of Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong “can-do” mentality and “drive” to accomplish tasks and deliver results
- Good teamwork, positive attitude, and flexibility
- Able to work in an international environment and with international teams
- Fluent in English
- Spanish, knowledge of Power BI and strong sense of curiosity as a plus
