ADHR Group, seleziona, per azienda operante nel settore delle automazioni industriali per il settore ceramico, un:
**Accounting and Controlling Manager**

La risorsa riporterà direttamente al general manager e si occuperà di:

- Supervisionare la contabilità generale e le attività fiscali;
- Supervisionare il bilancio;
- Migliorare il controllo di gestione;
- Pianificare, organizzare e dirigere tutte le operazioni bancarie e di cassa;
- Sarà responsabile del controllo, dell'elaborazione, dell'analisi e della rendicontazione dei dati finanziari e degli indicatori di performance, della preparazione e del monitoraggio dei budget finanziari, delle previsioni e dei piani dei flussi di cassa;
- Garantire la tempestività e l'accuratezza dei processi di chiusura mensile/annuale e del reporting finanziario in base ai principi contabili Italiani ed Internazionali;
- Garantire un regolare reporting finanziario al Management di Gruppo;
Requisiti richiesti:

- Diversi anni di esperienza nella mansione
- Provenienza da aziende medio-grandi
- Determinazione, precisione, responsabilità, autonomia e condivisione con la proprietà;
Luogo di lavoro: Maranello (MO)

L' inquadramento sarà discusso in sede di colloquio conoscitivo e commisurato all'esperienza maturata.

Ral: 35-47K

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato

Stipendio: €35.000,00 - €47.000,00 all'anno

Orario:

- Dal lunedì al venerdì

Tipi di retribuzione supplementare:

- Bonus
- Bonus annuale
