Il Gruppo Virga&Milano, Azienda di ristorazione, è alla ricerca di esperto **PURCHASING** **MANAGER** per la sede centrale di Palermo che coordini tutto il reparto acquisti/economato.

I ristoranti del gruppo:

- Gagini Restaurant
- Buatta Cucina Popolana Palermo
- Buatta Cucina Popolana Torino
- Maison Bocum
- Aja Mola - trattoria di mare
- Stazione Vucciria

Ogni ristorante ha una linea identitaria ben definita, un concept.
Ciascuno fonda la propria missione sulla ricerca e la selezione delle materie prime che rappresentano il complesso patrimonio siciliano, agroalimentare e culturale, e sulla relazione con piccoli produttori locali. Strutturiamo il lavoro affidandoci alla progettualità di tutti i collaboratori del gruppo, ad oggi 100.

DETTAGLI DELLA MANSIONE:
Si ricercano profili professionali con pregresse consolidate esperienze lavorative.
Il Manager dovrà coordinare il reparto Acquisti/Economato/Magazzini.
Oltre l'approvviginamento di materie prime per filiera corta e commerciale, ricerca di prodotti e produttori locali, è richiesto il coordinamento della logística per i 7 ristoranti, l'analisi degli acquisti, il calcolo food cost, controllo gestione acquisti, controllo giacenze materie prime di food e beverage.

Retribuzione: a partire da €1.300,00 al mese

Disponibilità:

- Dal lunedì al venerdì
