Legal Advisor

CRIF S.p.A. is the holding company of an innovative international group (“CRIF Group”) specialized in credit information systems, business information and credit management solutions. CRIF Group provides IT solutions, decisioning systems, outsourcing, banking software and consulting services; our clients are mainly finance and insurance companies, utilities companies and enterprises in general and we support them in each step of their relations with their customers. In order to expand the legal services provided within CRIF Group, we are looking for a:
**Legal Advisor - Privacy**
- Supports the business and corporate functions in relation to the legal issues and ensure compliance with sector regulations applicable in Italy and abroad and aiming for better legal protection of the interests of the Company.
- Support in the management of disputes extrajudicial and judicial (civil, criminal and administrative).
- Support to handle issues of data protection. Such as, implemeting and reviewing Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIAs), Transfer Impact Assessments (TIAs). Maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant data protection regulations. Implementing privacy policies and procedures. Reviewing and advising on privacy provisions in commercial contracts.
- Support in the management of data processing agreements, permits, licenses and authorization necessary for the activities of the CRIF Companies Group.
- Support to handle compliance issues for businesses.
- Monitoring the development of the legislative framework specific to the regulations applicable to the activities of the CRIF Companies Group and data protection regulations.

**Experience**:

- Proficiency in Italian and English is essential (both spoken and written)
- License to practice in law will be considered a plus

**Soft Skills**:

- Ability to work under pressure and to interface and communicate well with the transaction team, including internal operational and management staff as well as outside counsels.
- Ability to provide top-level guidance to senior executives in an understandable way, often in a fast-moving and evasive environment.
- Ability to learn to earn the respect of senior management in order to be credible and effective in this complex and constantly-developing business
- Result and team oriented and able to work in an international, multi-cultural, fast-moving and complex business environment.

**Workplace will be in Bologna**. Availability to national/international transfers is required
